I am a creator of tailor-made trips in France and Italy, and I assist travelers in planning their personalized itineraries. I will share my journey, my values, my inspirations, and anecdotes about myself so you can learn more about me !

My Journey :

I am Clémence and I hold a degree in Marketing Techniques and a Professional Bachelor’s in Management of Tourist Innovations.

I am fluent in English, Italian, Spanish, and I am currently learning German and Russian.

Since 2014, I have been working in tourism, primarily as a receptionist.

Thanks to my various professional experiences, I decided to start my own business to share my knowledge with you.

To prepare for this new adventure, I have completed various training programs such as business creation, social media strategy, and SEO.

I decided to specialize in order to offer you an unusual stay that meets your needs!

My 3 main values :

I am passionate : I have a great passion for tourism and the world of travel. That’s why I have directed all my professional experiences in this direction, travel whenever I have the opportunity, and have learned 5 foreign languages.

I am professional : Customer satisfaction is very important to my work. I am a determined person who is eager for challenges, which is why I always take on new challenges.

 I am empathetic : I believe it is essential to be empathetic in order to work with clients. I love helping, informing, and advising to ensure that clients have the best possible vacation.

My Inspirations for Organizing Tailor-Made Trips in France and Italy :

I arrived on the French Riviera at the age of 2 years old and I have never left. I have moved to different places but have always stayed in the same region. During my days off, I love to walk around and discover new places. I have always organized and searched for hidden gems, as well as participated in various events organized by the cities. I am fortunate to be in a beautiful and very active region. That’s why I initially decided to specialize in this area to share my expertise and recommend the best providers based on your tastes.

I also lived for a few months in Val di Sole in northern Italy. This experience was incredible and allowed me to discover the Italians. I have traveled a lot throughout Italy and have met many locals. Like France, it is a country with an incredible diversity of landscapes for all tastes.

I have also traveled to other places in Europe such as London, Barcelona, Lisbon, Budapest, Brussels, etc. My goal is to visit at least one new destination each year, whether in France (which is a beautiful country) or abroad.

Two Anecdotes About Me :

When I went to Val di Sole, I took a train from Nice to Milan and thought I had taken the wrong train when I heard “Genova” because I thought it was Geneva, and I got scared when it went off in the wrong direction.

When I was in Bordeaux, the tram was stopped for an indefinite time. So, I decided to walk up the hill under the summer heat. Once I reached the middle of the hill, I saw the tram pass in front of me.
